Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GAAS and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or WRONG USAGE of our website and services as governed by the terms of their contracts or plans.
All payments for GAAS services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to service issues or billing errors, please contact our support team promptly at contact@gaas.cr to initiate the review process.
For payments made via PayPal, refunds will be processed through PayPal according to their policies. Please note that PayPal may charge fees for refunds which are outside of our control. Refund processing times may vary depending on PayPal’s procedures and your payment method.
GAAS reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with our policies or that are made after a reasonable time period has elapsed.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
